At AIO Peptides, we strive to ensure your orders arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policies:

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (FedEx 2nd Day Air): $10 – Delivery within 2 business days (excludes weekends).
Overnight Shipping (FedEx Standard Overnight): $50 – Delivery within 1 business day (excludes weekends).
Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands (USPS Priority Mail): $10 – Delivery within 2–4 business days.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you experience issues tracking your order, contact us at hello@aiopeptides.com.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aiopeptides.com. We’ll quickly resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Carrier Delays

AIO Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather
Carrier issues
Other factors beyond our control

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Confirmation

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier (FedEx or USPS) directly. We are happy to assist with filing a claim, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Return Eligibility

Only unopened items are eligible for return.
Email hello@aiopeptides.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll send you return shipping instructions.
Please use a trackable shipping method for returns—we are not responsible for lost items in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us immediately at hello@aiopeptides.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a return, exchange, or refund. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us about any defective items.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are clearly indicated on the product page.
