PEG-MGF is a pegylated form of Mechano Growth Factor, a splice variant of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). It is designed for extended half-life and enhanced stability in circulation. PEG-MGF plays a key role in tissue repair and regeneration by stimulating satellite cell activation, muscle hypertrophy, and protein synthesis.
