FOXO4-DRI is a synthetic D-retro-inverso peptide designed to target cellular senescence, a key driver of aging and age-related disease. By disrupting the interaction between FOXO4 and p53, it selectively induces apoptosis in senescent cells while sparing healthy ones. This senolytic mechanism reduces the harmful pro-inflammatory secretions of these cells, thereby restoring tissue homeostasis and improving regenerative capacity. Unlike many experimental senotherapeutics, FOXO4-DRI has demonstrated targeted action with a favorable safety profile in preclinical models. Lyophilized or powder form – Store in cool, dry place away from light; can be stored at room temperature. Remains stable for several weeks or more.
For long term storage (months to years) freezing is optimal to preserve stability and maintain integrity.
Reconstituted form – Refrigerate under 39F; peptides will remain stable for up to 30 days.
